Ordering is very simple. Please Right click the order form below and "save as" to your computer. Then open the file in an image editing software and fill out. Once completed email to jenniferwarga@yahoo.com. Once i get the order form i will then send photos of pelts i can use for your plush. If you already have a pelt you would like plushed then we will work from there. Please let me know any questions in the email!
